​Please take a moment to read through my terms and conditions. These apply to all contracts that customers are asked to fill out upon arrival.

• We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Any missed appointments will have a £15 no show fee that must be paid prior to the next groom. This fee is to cover loss of earnings.

 

• Please be aware that if your dog's coat is matted we will not attempt to brush it out and will, with your signed permission, clip the coat off. We do also suggest that you set up regular grooming appointments to prevent the need for clipping off a matted coat again. 

 

• If your dog is in season please reschedule your appointment for a later date when she has finished. It can be unsafe for both the dog and the groomer to proceed with a groom in this circumstance.

 

• Please ensure your dog is up to date with all of his/her vaccinations. There are always potential risks of them catching diseases/illnesses when they come into contact with other animals if they have not been vaccinated. We ask that not only are all vaccinations up to date but also flea and worm treatment. This is not only for the safety of your dog but also others they may come in contact with.

 

• We would appreciate it if your dog has been to the toilet prior to their groom.

• If someone else is bringing your dog in for their appointment, it is very helpful for us to have written instructions of how you would like your dog groomed. Also, this person must be over 16 years of age.

• Pictures may be taken of your dog for portfolio work and to go on our Facebook page. If you are not happy with this, please let us know prior to the groom.
